We want to make purchasing tickets for the Stockton Arena or Bob Hope Theatre as simple as possible, so we offer our guests several convenient ways to purchase tickets. You can buy all ticket types directly at the Stockton Arena box office. See our hours below.
Box Office Hours
Bob Hope Theatre tickets can be purchased at the Stockton Arena box office Located at 248 W Fremont St. on the North Side of the building.
- Monday 11AM-2PM
- Wednesday 11AM-2PM
- Friday 11AM-2PM
For Stockton Kings games on Saturdays, the box office will open at 12PM, Sunday Stockton Kings games the box office will open at 11AM.
If you have questions regarding tickets purchased for events that have been postponed, please email us, this is for tickets purchased at the Stockton Arena Box Office. Representatives will respond as soon as possible, please allow up to 72 hours for email responses. If you purchased tickets via Ticketmaster please call customer service at 800-653-8000. Always we encourage our patrons to connect with the point of purchase for all ticket related questions.

When a concert or event has been cancelled, refund will be issued at the place of purchase. Ticketmaster phone and Internet charges are automatically credited.
Box Office Purchases:
If tickets were purchased in person at the Stockton Arena Box Office a representative will be in contact with you by calling the phone number provided at the time of purchase. If for some reason you did not provide a phone number or your number has changed, please email us. Representatives will respond as soon as possible.
